This elegant farmhouse-style restaurant features traditional Italian recipes by three-Michelin-star chef Mauro Colagreco. As it suggests, Fiamma translates to “flame”, so you can expect lots of wood-fire cooking and grilling over open flames all custom made Phoenix oven and grills.
Stepping into this restaurant is meant to remind us of an Italian farmhouse that’s been taken up a notch with wood-fired ovens and cosy seating nooks. Each dining area has its own title: you can choose to casually lounge by the “Den” or get front row galley seats at the “Kitchen Chamber” which features busy chefs working on a 4m long custom wood-fired grill and bespoke Marrone cooking stations.

Onemata, Park Hyatt Auckland, New Zealand
Onemata, a name derived from “rich, fertile soil,” gathers ingredients from farms and fisheries across New Zealand. The restaurant has a luxe atmosphere and genuine dining experience, with a menu crafted with specialty ingredients, showcasing local suppliers. Many dishes are finished in the showcase oven with incorporated char grills. The oven stands as the centrepiece feature of the open kitchen with dedicated chefs perparing meals within the dining area directly infront of guests.

Pei Modern, Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney.
Located in the lobby of the iconic Four Seasons Hotel, the Phoenix Round Oven (model Jacaranda JC1500) is positioned as a dramatic freestanding feature in the Pei Modern restaurant. Equipped with a thermostatically controlled gas system and viewing window the oven is major focal point for diners and hotel visitors.

Amici, One & Only Hotel, Hayman Island Australia.
The setting for this restaurant overlooks the magnificent blue waters of the Great Barrier Reef, it is therefore only fitting that it includes a spectacular custom Phoenix Oven. The Whitsunday island hotel underwent a multimillion dollar renovation and the new Only & Only luxury paradise emerged. Equipped with a large custom oven with high profile panoramic door the Italian Amici restaurant is focused on creating a menu full of traditional flavours with fresh ingredients.

At Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa, guests can enjoy a myriad of local and international culinary delights. Big Fish & Bar located by the beach has stunning views of the ocean, features a signature grill and Phoenix Oven.
